At TechTEAM, we understand quality as responsibility for the product, which means that the manufacturing process is fully controlled at each stage. Due to the systematic work on improving the manufacturing processes, and continued investing in the latest technologies, TechTEAM can execute orders of the highest level of complexity. This is confirmed by the AS 9100:2016 Aviation and Space certificate, ensuring the functioning of the organization based on ISO 9001:2015 standard.

World class machinery and devices

Our modern machinery allows us to ensure the highest quality of products offered. Thanks to the use of state-of the art machines and the experience and competencies of our workers, we can deliver perfectly-made lathe fixtures and CNC workholding systems.

In addition to the wide range of modern equipment, TechTEAM continues to expand its machinery in order to satisfy all the individual needs of our customers.

Our modern machinery includes:

• 4 lathe centres with working diameter Ø 10- Ø 500 mm
• 4 centers for multi-axis processing (5+ axes), including multitasking processing capability.
• 10 vertical 3 and 4-axis centers, with deep hole drilling capability.

The average age of machinery is only 2-3 years.

For producing our CNC clamping devices and lathe fixtures we use only hydraulic and mechanical parts from renowned manufacturers, including: Roemheld, Hilma, Stark, AMF, Enerpac, Kipp, etc.

Quality under strict control

TechTEAM Laboratory conforms to all the requirements of EN10012:2004 standard, and possesses equipment necessary for proper quality control of end products, as well as on-going control performed at each manufacturing stage.

In order to ensure the quality of workpieces, and the professionalism of control activities, we use a Wenzel coordinate measuring machine with 800x1400x600 mm working range, Foundry-Master Xline spectrometer, Mitutoyo Projector, Mitutoyo porosity meter and various handheld inspection devices.

These devices ensure high repeatability and accuracy of measurements, and the continuous development of the measuring room equipment allows to manufacture products with unsurpassed precision and attention to detail. The laboratory performs comprehensive measurements of pieces and casts, measurements of geometry, of deviations from shape and flatness, as well as Cm, Cmk, Cp, Cpk statistical calculations for APQP, PPAP.

Your deadline, our responsibility

We make sure that the workholding solutions we deliver will conform to all the expectations, including that the assignment will be performed within the agreed time. The business model we implemented allows us to reduce the order processing time to a minimum, which is often a priority issue to clients. In the view of the importance of ready solution delivery times and our desire to additionally improve the completion process, an integrated production management system was implemented. Careful planning of production and purchases of components for clamping systems allows us to precisely specify order completion time, and to ensure the shortest processing time possible.

Warranty for efficiency and quality

Our extensive experience in designing specialized fixtures and CNC clamping systems, as well as full supervision over the entire design and production process, allow to ensure their highest quality. All our products are provided with warranty, the period of which depends on the selected configuration, but is never shorter than 12 months.

Both warranty, as well as post-warranty service is performed by qualified personnel. Since our products are top quality, complaints are extremely rare, and are always processed immediately. The experience of our team often enables them to locate and identify the fault during a phone call, enabling our clients to reduce downtimes to minimum and significantly decrease costs. Regardless of the situation, TechTEAM’s service team is always ready to take action to provide clients with full support and to restore the system, machine or production cell to full functionality as quickly as possible.
